Ingredients
1 / 2 kg flour
1 / 2 kg sugar
250gr butter
200gr grated coconut
1 cup skimmed milk
5 eggs
1 pinch of baking yeast
Beat the sugar with the eggs until the dough is homogenous, add the melted butter, flour and coconut.
Finally, add the glass of warm milk, and yeast and beat it.
Turn the oven to a moderate heat, fill the dough in a bakingform greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
